Application of equipment:
The main function of this equipment is to test the physical and
other related properties of electronic and electrical products,
lamps, electrical cabinets, electrical components, automobiles,
motorcycles and their parts under simulated dust climate
conditions. After testing, verification is used to determine
whether the performance of the product meets the requirements, so
as to facilitate product design, improvement, verification and
factory inspection.

Features:
1.Suitable for IP5X and IP6X dustproof grade testing of products.
2.The shell is made of domestic high-quality steel plates, and the
surface is spray-painted, making it beautiful and durable.
3.The inner box, sample rack, etc. are all made of stainless steel
plates to ensure that they will not rust after long-term use.
4.There is a transparent observation window (made of tempered
glass) on the door, and LED lighting is installed inside the box to
facilitate observation of internal testing conditions.
5.There is a dust-replaceable device at the bottom of the
equipment, which can easily replace used dust.
6.There is a vibration device installed in the box, which can
automatically work alternately to prevent dust from sticking to the
box wall and condensation.
7.There is an air extraction tube inside the box, which can
complete the vacuuming action on the sample (the sample needs to
reserve an air extraction hole).

9.Heating system: A heater is installed in the circulating air duct
to avoid dust condensation, and the pipe-wrapped mica sheet heating
ring ensures safe and stable heat;

filter, flow meter, and connecting pipes.
